UX ContentHub Pro keeps everything inside Figma. Advanced Features takes your multilingual content further, so writers, reviewers, product owners and developers can work on it together, in Figma and beyond.

This article lists what’s included as of October 2026. We ship new features regularly, so we’ll update it as Advanced grows.

In the plugin

  • Cross-file matches. When you scan, the plugin suggests matching variables from your other Figma files, even ones that aren’t in a library.

  • Projects. Select a project before you scan. The screens you scan are added to that project in the Portal. It’s an easy way to keep all the screens of a feature together, even when they’re spread across several Figma files.

  • Terminology checks. Texts that don’t use your workspace’s official terms are flagged, in every language including English.

  • Two-way sync. Changes made in the Portal sync back to your Figma variables, and the other way around.

In the Portal

  • Quick workspace setup. Connect your Figma account to import your team’s members and files automatically. You can also invite people one by one.

  • Your team, your roles. The Portal is invitation-only. Your workspace admin invites people as admin, editor, dev or viewer. Viewers can review content without a Figma Editor seat.

  • Files and variables. Browse all synced files and variables in one place. Search by name or by text in any language, and edit translations directly.

  • Project view. See a project’s texts screen by screen, the way users will see them. Each screen links back to Figma. Texts hidden in Figma are shown per screen, and you can keep the ones that belong in the project, such as collapsed navigation labels.

  • Comments. Discuss any variable with your team. Everyone can join the conversation, viewers and developers included.

  • Health check. Every file and project shows what needs attention: missing translations, unresolved comments, terminology issues and AI texts to review.

AI-augmented workflow

AI does the first pass. Your team keeps the final say.

  • Pretranslate. Fill in missing translations from the ⋯ menu of any row in the plugin, or for a whole file or project at once in the Portal. This isn’t generic machine translation: Pretranslate learns from the translations your team has already validated, starting with the same screen and project, so it matches your terminology, tone and level of detail.

  • Rewrite EN. Let AI rewrite the English based on your guidelines, from a quick fix to a full rewrite of draft or intent copy. You see the before and after, and nothing changes until you apply it.

  • AI tags. Every text written by AI is tagged per language until someone reviews it. Edit it or mark it as reviewed to clear the tag. AI texts can be filtered in the plugin and appear in the Health Score and the Health check, so nothing slips through unreviewed.

  • Your terminology, built in. AI uses your workspace’s term base whenever it translates or rewrites.

  • AI settings. Choose how pretranslation works for your workspace, for example whether to use already validated translations as the source instead of English.

AI runs on our own infrastructure in the EU. Your content is never sent to a third-party AI provider.

Beyond Figma

  • Prototype projects. Import a prototype’s copy as JSON and review it in the Portal, with all languages side by side. Each text moves from Draft to Reviewed to Final. Export the result back to JSON, and re-import when the prototype changes.

  • Terminology. Build your workspace’s term base: preferred terms per language, product names that stay in English, notes. Import it from Excel and re-import new versions without losing your edits.

Coming next

  • Content guidelines and copy review: tone of voice, conventions and rules per UI element type, with a review that checks your texts against them

  • AI automations: AI steps that run automatically in your workflow, for example when new variables are created

  • MCP server: developers’ AI agents will be able to read your validated content
